Cancellation Policy
Please review our booking policy and complete the form before confirming your session. • The discovery call is a complimentary session designed to learn more about your business, brand, or creative vision. This may include exploring project goals and determining the scope of work, and offering insight into potential services, timelines, and next steps. • This call DOES NOT include creative concepting, visual direction, or content audits. If you would like those services, please book a consultation. • Bookings are available by appointment only. • Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled. • We do not accept last-minute bookings online. For urgent projects, please call us directly. • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, and is subject to our availability.
